Structure

The basic structure of the EHN consists of:

• An Annual Meeting of all Members
• An Executive Board (EB)
• A Chairperson of the Executive Board

The members meet at least once a year at the annual meeting, which shall normally be held during the second part of October. Each member has one vote and all voting being by simple majority, unless otherwise stated. Voting by proxy is permissible and the maximum number of proxy votes per member is two.

An EB is elected annually by all members.

The EB consists of maximum seven members, which preferably represent the five areas as outlined under representation.
